Payment for the rent of a flat
 The full cost for the apartment rent, minus the sum of reservation is made at the moment of settling for all term of residing forward.
All payments are accepted in cash in UAN (grivnya) according to the current exchange rate of National bank of Ukraine. If you use credit cards, you can get cash in ATM. If you have traveler’s cheques, they can be changed for cash in any bank. We shall help you to resolve this problem.
After payment you receive the payment receipt, if it is necessary you sign the contract of rent, where all terms of rent, address of a flat, all contact telephones are specified.
Cost of rent
All prices on our site are indicated per one day and night (24 hours) in USD only in promotional purposes.
All services described on our site are included in cost of rent and also cleaning of flat with replacement of bed-clothes and towels once a week (if you rent the flat not less than for 7 days) at any time convenient for you. All other services must be paid in addition.
We pay your attention, that the prices for rent of apartments can change in the following cases:

during summer season;

many persons planning to live in a flat;

renting the flat for parties (wedding, birthday, corporate party etc.)
Rules of settlement and departure
Standard time of settlement is 14:00, time of departure - 12:00. If you come earlier 14:00, the settlement will be possible only if the flat is free at this time, or the flat will be cleaning at your presence. Nevertheless if you arrive in the early morning and you want to settle in the apartment, think of reserving it for night previous to your arrival. The departure after the checkout time must be discussed with us in each case. It depends on many factors and the further plans of rent of the apartment.
In any case, do not forget to inform us about your settlement and departure time when you reserve the flat.
